Ezza graduated with her degree in Civil Engineering in 2017 from McMaster University. She joined Resilient in May of 2022 as a Water Resources Designer and has recently completed her Master’s degree from the University of Guelph. For her thesis, Ezza explored the capabilities of the 2D HEC-RAS Rain-on-Grid Model. Ezza is a bright and driven project designer making her support on our projects highly sought after!

 

What have you learned during your time at Resilient?

“I’ve learned how to develop effective designs for a wide range of projects, from channel restoration to wetland creation to roadway surface drainage. This has expanded my technical and problem-solving skills, allowing me to approach each project with a deeper understanding and a more innovative perspective.”
